HOW IT WORKS --- THE AUDIT 

Many people are surprised to learn that there is money sitting in government accounts that rightfully belongs to individuals and businesses—and most people have no idea it's even there.  

That's where I come in.

 When a tax sale, foreclosure, sheriff’s sale, or property auction brings in more money than was owed, the remaining funds may belong to the former homeowner or eligible heirs. I research the records, explain what I find, and help you pursue the claim. 

I spend countless hours researching public records and government agencies across the country, looking for funds that have been overlooked, forgotten, or never claimed. My goal is simple: to help reunite people with money that is legally theirs.

The truth is, finding these funds isn't always easy. While some agencies publish basic unclaimed property lists or mail notices to outdated addresses, many of the funds I search for—such as excess proceeds and other specialized recoveries—aren't listed in places the average person would ever think to look. They're buried in court records, government files, and public documents that most people don't even know exist. 

That's why I call myself the modern-day Robin Hood. I believe that if money belongs to you, it should be in your pocket—not left sitting in a government account simply because no one knew where to find it.
