I didn't start this business because I was looking for another job—I started it because of something that happened to me. In 1989, I lost my home. It was one of the hardest times in my life. Like many families going through foreclosure, I was focused on simply surviving and taking care of my family. What I didn't know was that there may have been money left over from the sale of my home—money that could have helped us get back on our feet.
No one told me. No one explained that those funds might still belong to me. That experience has stayed with me ever since.
Today, my mission is simple: I don't want another family to miss out on money that rightfully belongs to them simply because they didn't know it existed. I know what it feels like to worry about paying the bills, to wonder how you're going to take care of your family, and to feel like you're facing it all alone. If I can help even one person avoid that feeling, then I'm doing exactly what I set out to do.
The best part of my job is the moment a client receives a check they never expected to see. Watching someone's face light up when they realize this money is real—and that it belongs to them—is incredibly rewarding. Those moments remind me why I do this every day.
I'm just getting started, but my goal is big: to help as many families as possible recover money that's rightfully theirs. I like to think of myself as a modern-day Robin Hood—not taking from people, but helping return money that has been sitting with government agencies back to the people who earned it.
When someone discovers money they never knew existed, it can do more than pay bills. It can relieve stress, create new opportunities, and sometimes completely change the direction of a family's future.
If you think you or someone you love may have unclaimed funds, I'd be honored to help. I'll treat your case the way I would want someone to treat mine—with honesty, compassion, and a commitment to seeing it through.

If your home—or a loved one's home—was sold through a foreclosure, tax sale, sheriff sale, or other property auction, don't automatically assume the story ends with the sale.
There may still be money waiting to be claimed.
Because sometimes, what feels like the end of the road isn't
the end of the story.
There may still be money waiting for you.
Let's find out together.
